This hotel was a pleasant surprise. The check-in process was quick and the staff were friendly and accommodating. They even held my bags before check-in so I could explore the area. The room, although not large, was clean and had everything I needed, including a comfortable bed. The location was great, with easy access to public transport and within walking distance to shopping and attractions like the castle area. I also heard good things about the breakfast, although I didn't try it myself.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was satisfactory.

Navigating one-way streets is tough when driving, but that's OK as there's so much to see by foot. the Date Masamune statue is close by, as are many restaurants and shops. the hotel staff is fantastic and provides each guest with a free smartphone for use around town.
The room was not well-suited for light sleepers.

The location was excellent, just a short walk from the subway station and close to many restaurants and convenience stores. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and well-equipped with free WiFi and all necessary amenities. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast and the comfortable bed.
The air conditioning in the room was not very powerful and the temperature was a bit uncomfortable at times. the room was a bit small and felt a little cramped for two people.

The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation. The free smartphone with internet and GPS provided by the hotel was a helpful addition to our weekend stay. We appreciated the comfortable bed and clean room.
The bathroom was small and lacked space for toiletries. The breakfast options were limited, and there were no English menus at nearby restaurants.
